New Art Studio in Altadena

The Echo Mountain Project is set to open at the intersection of Altadena and Lake.

If you pass by the intersection of Altadena and Lake frequently, a sign for the "Echo Mountain Project" may have caught your eye.

As it turns out, the sign is advertising a new art gallery/studio for Altadena artist Robert Kingston, whose website can be viewed here.  More about the studio space can be viewed on his blog here.

Kingston told the Altadenablog in an interview last week that the space will mainly be used as a work space, but could potentially be used as a venue for art or music shows.

According to his site biography, Kingston has had solo art shows at galleries in Santa Monica and San Francisco, and has a master's degree in the fine arts from the Claremont Graduate University.
