ARCADIA, CA — The City of Arcadia and waste management will host a community shredding event on Saturday, Oct. 17 as part of the Sustainable Arcadia initiative.
The city says it environmental services "promote long-term sustainable environmental practices and ensures Arcadia is in compliance with all federal and state regulations."
The event is open to Arcadia residents, who must provide proof of an Arcadia address. Each vehicle may bring up to five boxes of paper for shredding. Plastic bags and batteries will not be accepted, the city said.
