Governor Gavin Newsom ordered a halt to indoor activities at certain businesses statewide as cases of coronavirus surge. Effective today, Los Angeles County will stop certain sector operations as ordered by the State. The closures include: all personal care services - including nail salons; massage and tattoo parlors; hair salons and barbershops; places of worship; gyms and fitness centers; offices of non-critical sectors; indoor malls and all indoor protests until further notice. An updated Los Angeles County Public Health Order is pending. Check back for more details as the situation unfolds.
