Patch Blog: On My Way to the Democratic Convention

Hi everyone, 

I am the Campaign Coordinator for the United Democratic Headquarters in Pasadena, and I am a delegate to the 2012 Democratic Convention in Charlotte. I will be posting regular updates on Patch about the goings-on at the convention. 

My flight leaves tomorrow, so check back here often and I will upload photos and write my convention observations over the next few days. 

One of the things that happens when you become a delegate is that you are deluged with email invites to caucus meetings, honorary luncheons, meet-and-greets and parties. You'll get updates about those, too. 

My main task for today before I leave is to organize my calendar for after I arrive in Charlotte tomorrow. There is a lot of information about delegate check ins for credentials and the like to keep track of.
