Couples Therapy

Most couples come into therapy complaining about each other. They no longer are united to discuss the issues the relationship faces; instead it is all about pointing fingers, and blaming each other. What has happened from the falling in love phase to bringing out the worse in each other?  Therapy can help to bring the relationship back to a state where you can listen and hear each other in order to resolve the issues.  Conflict is important in a relationship as it builds and makes a relationship stronger but avoidance seems to be the common response. We do not grow up learning in school or taught by our parents how to be in a healthy relationship. With insight and action to change your relationship can turn 180 degrees in the direction you want it to go in.  Don't you think you owe it to your relationship to build a solid foundation?
