Epilepsy Family Day at The Painted Turtle is organized by The Painted Turtle in cooperation with the Epilepsy Foundation of Greater Los Angeles. Our organizations are partnering together for this event to provide children with epilepsy and their immediate families the opportunity to have fun in a safe and supportive environment. Activities will include arts & crafts, woodshop, fishing, archery, boating, swimming, indoor/outdoor games and much more summertime fun! Parents will have the opportunity to attend an Epilepsy and My Child session.
Families of a child with epilepsy and his or her siblings are encouraged to register and participate. Family Day activities are geared toward children ages 5-17 years old. Younger children are welcome but will require parent support at all times.
