
Interesting article in the paper this week about someone who left rat poison next to bee hives to kill the rats, then rare owls might have swooped down to eat the dead rats only to die themselves.
And everything is interconnected and precious.
Even speech. Living in Arcadia has brought me many things to be thankful for. Like waking up in the morning to the beautiful chirping of the birds that have flown over most likely from the Arboretum. Beautiful looking birds with blue heads and others with green bodies, all with an interesting tale to tell.

Some say it is a bunch of racket.
Once I was awakened to a beautiful bird very close to my front door who was chirping away franticly. When I opened the door there it was a newborn possum in the swimming pool desperately trying to stay afloat with those tiny little paws. I quickly ran down stairs and grabbed a net and lifted the little guy out who hasn’t been seen since.

But that tweet from those birds has meaning and purpose.
