UPDATE: 78-year-old Asian Missing Man FOUND in Monterey Park
A 78-year-old Asian man was last seen yesterday was located, unharmed, last night in Monterey Park.

ARCADIA, CA— A 78-year-old man who went missing from a relative's home in Arcadia is safely back with his family today, the Arcadia Police Department says.
Tong Huang's family notified authorities around 10:30 p.m. Thursday that he had returned home after being found in Monterey Park, according to Sgt. John Bonomo of the Arcadia Police Department.
Huang, who only speaks Chinese and has only been in the county for about a month visiting relatives, was reported missing when he didn't return home from his usual morning walk about 7:30 a.m. Thursday from Sunset Boulevard and Huntington Drive where he was last seen, police said.

Bonomo said Huang became confused when attempting to return home and was given a ride to Monterey Park, believing he was being taken somewhere near his relative's home.
It wasn't immediately clear who recognized Huang, where he was found in Monterey Park or how he made his way back to Arcadia but Bonomo said Huang was unharmed.

A 78-year-old man who speaks only Chinese was reported missing today in Arcadia when he failed to return from his morning walk.
Tong Huang, who is visiting relatives and has only been in the country for about a month, was last seen about 7:30 a.m. in the area of Sunset Boulevard and Huntington Drive, according to Arcadia police.
"Mr. Huang has been in the habit of taking a morning walk and did so this morning, however, did not return as usual," according to a police statement. "He has no money, no phone and no destination other than the Arcadia relatives."
Anyone with information regarding Huang's whereabouts was urged to call the Arcadia Police Department at (626) 574-5123 or local law enforcement.
