Police Search For Would-Be Bank Robber
A teller foiled a potential robbery by refusing to hand over money to the suspect.

A would-be robber fled a local bank empty-handed Thursday after a teller refused to comply with his demands.
The suspect went into the Chase Bank at 3870 East Foothill Blvd. shortly after 5:30 p.m. and allegedly slipped a teller a "threatening note." However, he panicked and fled the bank when the teller didn't comply, the San Gabriel Valley Tribune reported.
The suspect was last seen heading south on foot.
