Residents Invited to Hollywood Bowl's Opening Night
Hollywood Bowl kicks off its Summer season Friday night with an all-star show and you're invited to celebrate with city staff.

The City of Arcadia's Recreation and Community Services Department has invited adult residents to kick off the summer at Hollywood Bowl's opening night festivities on Friday, June 17.
Billed by the department as its "annual adult excursion," Hollywood Bowl's Opening Night promises to be an evening to remember with music, special appearances and, of course, fireworks.
Celebrities slated to appear include Dame Helen Mirren, Harry Connick, Jr., Gloria Estefan, Andy Garcia and Hilary Swank. There will also be a special performance by the renowned high-flying act Cirque du Soleil.

Tickets are $40 and locals will meet at the parking lot at 6 p.m Friday night before heading to the show.

"There is still time to get your tickets for The Hollywood Bowl’s Opening Night celebration this Friday night, June 17. Join the Arcadia Recreation and Community Services Department as we kick off the 2011 summer season with our annual adult excursion to the Hollywood Bowl. Enjoy an evening of music, celebrity guests and spectacular fireworks. Tickets are $40.00 per person and participants meet at the Arcadia County Park parking lot (near the fountain) on Santa Anita and Huntington at 6pm.
