The Gooden School

The Gooden School is an independent Episcopal school serving students in transitional kindergarten through eighth grade in Sierra Madre, California. Founded in 1975, Gooden has spent more than five decades nurturing curious minds, strong character, and a lifelong love of learning within a close-knit and supportive community. At Gooden, academic excellence is paired with a deep commitment to personal growth. Small class sizes, dedicated faculty, and an engaging curriculum allow students to be known, challenged, and supported as individuals. The Autumn meeting at Santa Anita Park started off with a bang over the weekend. "It was phenomenal It couldn't have gone better," CEO Mark Verge said, adding attendance at the track was up 10 percent Saturday. Sunday's number's weren't available yet Monday morning.
