Amateurs and pros alike pick Arcadia's Bonita Skatepark (2nd Ave. and Bonita St.) as one of the best in the city.
When you think of Arcadia, the first thing that comes to mind isn't necessarily skateboarding. Nevertheless, right in its backyard, Arcadia has a 10,700 square foot skaters' paradise.
It's called Bonita Skatepark and true to its name, it's a beauty. Amateurs rub elbows, and hopefully learn from, more experienced skaters. Even families frequent the park, checking out the skaters' skills and hoping perhaps to catch a glimpse of the next Tony Hawk.
