Assisting Pomona police in the sweep were police from Rialto, Covina and Baldwin Park. Assistance also was provided by the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department and an east San Gabriel Valley multi-agency task force whose members monitor non-violent offenders released early under Assembly Bill 109, Becker said.
