Baldwin Park Accepting Nominations For 35th Annual Veterans Day Event On Nov. 11
The nominees must be Baldwin Park residents, the city said.
BALDWIN PARK, CA — The City of Baldwin Park will host its 35th Annual Veterans Day event on Wednesday, Nov. 11, recognizing local veterans for their service.
The city is currently accepting nominations for veterans. The nominees must be Baldwin Park residents.
To nominate a veteran, submissions must include a completed veteran nomination form and the required documentation, including a DD-214 or discharge papers, and a military service history biography. Retired veterans do not need DD forms.

Forms can be submitted to the Esther Snyder Community Center at 4100 Baldwin Park Blvd., Baldwin Park, CA 91706.
