Baldwin Park area Murder Under Investigation
A Tuesday morning shooting left a man dead on Giovane St. in El Monte-Los Angeles County Sheriffs and El Monte detectives are investigating.
BALDWIN PARK, CA — A man was shot to death Tuesday in a residential area of El Monte.
The shooting occurred shortly before 9 a.m. in the 9800 block Giovane Street. No arrests were reported.
Authorities withheld the name of the man, who died at the scene, pending notification of his relatives.

Sheriff's homicide detectives were assisting El Monte police detectives in the investigation.
