The Baldwin Park Police is warning residents that besides legal consequences, a service fee can be charged to party organizers for all city personnel and equipment costs expended during a second or subsequent visit to a loud party complaint.

According to Stacy Espinoza, the department receives many complaints of loud music and noise from concerned neighbors mostly during summer parties.
