Baldwin Park Shooting Victim is Identified in Media

The San Gabriel Valley Tribune is reporting that coroner’s officials have identified a man recently shot and killed in Baldwin Park as 20-year-old Maurio Sotelo.

Authorities released the name on Saturday, according to the publication.

The man was found dead at a bus stop about 12:15 a.m. on July 19 at a bus stop at the intersection of Los Angeles Street and Merced Avenue, according to several reports.

The victim died at the scene. No other details have been released.
