Baldwin Park Unified Graduation Rate At All-Time High
California's overall graduation rate has risen noticeably since 2009-10, peaking this year at 82.3 percent, up from 74.7 percent.

BALDWIN PARK, CA - The Baldwin Park Unified School District's graduation rate rose to an all-time high of 93.9 percent in 2014-15, closing the achievement gap for the district's significant population of Hispanic and socio-economically disadvantaged students, district officials said Friday.
The graduation rate for Hispanics mirrored the district's overall 93.9 percent rate, while students from low-income households did slightly better, topping out at 94.1 percent, according to statistics released by the district.
The rate for English learners also improved significantly, rising from 85.6 percent in 2013-14 to 90.3 percent, the district said.

Rates soared to 100 percent for the district's small populations of migrant, black, Pacific Islander, Filipino and white students.
