Diabetes Awareness Fair

Kaiser Permanente Baldwin Park is hosting a Diabetes Awareness Fair on Tuesday, November 17, from 9 a.m. - 2 p.m., exterior campus between the medical offices and medical center, 1011 Baldwin Park Blvd., Baldwin Park, CA.

Stop by our awareness fair for diabetes prevention, management, and self care; health education class information, educational materials, blood pressure screenings, community resources, and chances to win prizes. Health care professionals will be available to answer questions. Kaiser Permanente members may get their flu shot and sign up for kp.org.

If you or a family member has been affected by high blood pressure, heart attack, coronary artery disease, damage to your heart valves, diabetes, or obesity, please attend this event.

The event is open to Kaiser Permanente members and the public.
