Kaiser Permanente Baldwin Park Hosts KIDFEST 2016 on May 14
Free pediatric health and fitness fair open to the community

Kaiser Permanente Baldwin Park Medical Center is hosting a FREE pediatric health and fitness fair offering a variety of healthy behavior booths and physical activities for members and the community including hula hoop, basketball shooting, soccer kicking, football throwing, hopscotch, four-square, volleyball, and Zumba sessions. There will be a variety of outside community groups participating in the event as well.
This event is open to Kaiser Permanente members and the community.
Speakers include Mayor Manny Lozano, city of Baldwin Park; Robert Riewerts, MD, chief of Pediatrics, Kaiser Permanente Baldwin Park Medical Center; Christine Simmons, president & chief operations officer of the Los Angeles Sparks; and a teen patient that has made incredible strides in being healthy.

The event offers information regarding a variety of health topics, addresses the importance of eating healthy and exercising, and offers fun and fitness for the whole family.
