No Arrests in Second Shooting in 3 Days

The victim was hospitalized Friday and it was described in stable condition.

Authorities were still looking for two suspects this Monday in connection with the second shooting ocurred in the city in a three-day period, informed the Baldwin Park Police Department (BPPD).  

According to Lt. David Reynoso, spokesperson of BPPD, a man was sent to the hospital after being shot in the head and leg last friday night.

The incident occurred only two days after the authorities reported another incident in last Thursday.

Reynoso emphasizes that both incidents are not connected.

According to Reynoso, the incident occurred at 11:15 in the 3400 Block of Feather Avenue.

Two robbers identified only as men, fled in bicycles after shooting a person. The incident has been reported as a gang related. 

The shots caused a grazing wound to his head and two more injuries to his legs.

According to authorities, the injuries did not put the victim’s life at risk and his condition was considered stable.
