261 New Homes Planned For Fairway Canyon In Beaumont
The development is slated for north of San Timoteo Canyon Road, south of Champions Road and east of the extension of Tukwet Canyon Parkway.
BEAUMONT, CA — Beaumont City Council gave a final green light Tuesday night on subdividing three vacant land parcels located in Fairway Canyon. In total, 261 single-family homes are slated to be built on 38 acres.
SDC Fairway Canyon, LLC, is the project applicant for the three parcels located north of San Timoteo Canyon Road, south of Champions Road and east of the extension of Tukwet Canyon Parkway.
With the approvals, a 13.02-acre parcel can now be subdivided for construction of 62 single-family homes that would have a minimum lot size of 4,947 square feet.

A 22.09 acre-site can be subdivided to make way for 126 single-family homes with lot sizes of 3,800 square feet, and a 13.19-acre site can be developed into 73 single-family homes with minimum 4,950 square-foot lots.
The approvals are part of ongoing development in Fairway Canyon. There is no word on when construction might begin on the three lots, but the developer would need to get planning commission buy-off and city council approval throughout the process.
