BANNING-BEAUMONT, CA — This Labor Day weekend, residents can find nighttime festivals, seasonal activities, and local history across the Pass area.

From the opening of Oak Glen’s apple season to illuminated lavender fields in Cherry Valley, here are five things to do from Friday through Monday.

1. Walk Through Lavender Nights At 123 Farm

More than half a million lights illuminate the lavender fields and century-old olive grove during Lavender Nights at 123 Farm.

The evening event also features live music, an outdoor marketplace, sourdough pizza, grilled food and lavender-themed products. Guided tractor tours and lavender-distillation demonstrations are offered at select times.
