Brian Knoll from Webb & Associates Lies about his own Fraudulent Sewer Feasibility Study

Option #1 Total Project Costs: $95,744,000

Option #2 Total Project Costs: $163,919,000

Last heard; Project Cost is pushing $110 Million.

It’s a little hard to believe that Knoll made an ‘honest mistake’ when the source of the Sewer Feasibility Study is himself.

Webb & Associates’ Feasibility Study also didn’t include the cost to replace the clay sewer pipes that were installed in the original parts of Beaumont in 1929.
