The city said more than $2 million was invested in the truck, which took more than two years to design, build, and deliver.

BEAUMONT, CA — The Beaumont Fire Department officially debuted its newest fire truck, which officials say will boost first responders' emergency-response capabilities in the city.

Officials introduced the new fire truck in a video posted to the city's Facebook page on Wednesday. They said the 105-foot tractor drawn aerial ladder truck is a state-of-the-art apparatus that will "enhance firefighters' ability to respond to structure fires, perform elevated rescues, and support large-scale emergencies."
