BANNING, CA — An E-bike and an automobile collided Wednesday, for reasons still under investigation. One person was injured in the incident, which drew a large emergency response to the I-10 Freeway and County Line Road.
Just after 6:45 a.m., Riverside County Sheriff's Department deputies arrived at the scene in response to a report of a traffic collision.
"The bike rider was transported to a local hospital in stable condition," Sgt. Robert Martinez told Patch. "The driver of the vehicle remained at the scene."
No arrests have been made. The collision investigation remains ongoing, and no additional information is available.
