β’ RivCo Woman Accused Of Killing Child In DUI Crash Released From Custody (patch.com) β A woman accused in a deadly DUI crash in Perris was briefly held at Smith Correctional Facility in Banning before posting a $250,000 bond and being released. The case, which left a 7-year-old girl dead and her brother critically injured, is moving toward an October arraignment in Riverside. Authorities allege the driver ran a red light at high speed while intoxicated.
