BEAUMONT, CA — Police descended on a gas station in Beaumont Monday afternoon in connection with a stolen vehicle investigation.
A woman seen driving a pick-up truck that had been reported stolen was taken into custody at the scene, according to police.
Around 3:45 p.m., police swarmed a Chevron station near 886 Oak Valley Parkway and took the woman into custody after she parked next to a Tesla charging station.
The woman's identity has not been released.
It was unclear when the pick-up truck was reported stolen.
