BEAUMONT, CA — Riverside County Fire Department stations across the region will open their doors to the public Saturday, Oct. 10, for a series of family-friendly open houses held during Fire Prevention Week.
In Beaumont, visit Station 106, 2000 Western Knolls Avenue.
The events will run from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and are designed to give residents a closer look at their local fire stations while offering fire safety information and guidance on safe charging practices for batteries and electronic devices.
Visitors will be able to meet firefighters, tour stations and learn more about fire prevention under this year's theme, "Charge Into Fire Safety: Safe Charging Is a Superpower."

The open houses are intended for all ages and will include station tours, opportunities to meet firefighters and information about fire safety and safe charging.
The campaign is presented by CAL FIRE and the Riverside County Fire Department as part of Fire Prevention Week.
