RIVERSIDE COUNTY, CA — The California Highway Patrol dispatch team warned commuters that a man was seen on the southbound I-215 freeway overpass bridge where it meets the 91 freeway on Wednesday morning.
At 9 a.m., witnesses said a man wearing a white shirt and a beanie-style knit hat was standing on the transfer road, looking over the bridge. No vehicles were nearby, according to witnesses.
Residual traffic slowed through that area, as far as Grand Terrace, as officials arrived to respond. No other information was immediately available.
