Average Gas Price Near Banning, Beaumont Drops For 20th Time in 21 Days

The average price in Riverside and San Bernardino counties has dropped 9.3 cents over the past 21 days, data shows.

RIVERSIDE COUNTY, CA – The average price of a gallon of self-serve regular gasoline in the Inland Empire dropped Thursday for the 10th consecutive day and 20th time in 21 days, decreasing seven-tenths of a cent to $2.928, its lowest amount since Feb. 22.

The average price in Riverside and San Bernardino counties has dropped 9.3 cents over the past 21 days, including a half-cent on Wednesday, according to figures from the AAA and Oil Price Information Service.

The average price is 3.8 cents less than one week ago and 7.8 cents lower than one month ago, but 7.2 cents higher than one year ago and 17 cents more than on Jan. 1.

The average price dropped 10 consecutive days, rose two-tenths of a cent on June 12, then resumed dropping the following day.
