Average Gas Price Near Beaumont Drops For Sixth Consecutive Day
However, gas prices are still nearly 50 cents more a gallon than they were this time last year.
RIVERSIDE COUNTY, CA — The average price of a gallon of self-serve regular gasoline in the Inland Empire dropped Friday for the sixth consecutive day, decreasing six-tenths of a cent to $3.226.
The average price in Riverside and San Bernardino counties has dropped 1.6 cents over the past six days, including two-tenths of a cent on both Wednesday and Thursday, according to figures from the AAA and Oil Price Information Service.
The average price is 1.6 cents less than one week ago but 21.7 cents more than one month ago and 46.1 cents higher than one year ago.
