Average Gasoline Price Falls Near Banning, Beaumont

RIVERSIDE COUNTY, CA - The average price of a gallon of self-serve regular gasoline in the Inland Empire dropped a half-cent Tuesday to $2.974, one day after rising a half-cent.

The average price in Riverside and San Bernardino counties is three- tenths of a cent less than one week ago and 2 cents lower than one month ago but 13.4 cents higher than one year ago, according to figures from the AAA and Oil Price Information Service.

The average price had risen three of the past four days after dropping 10 of the previous 13 days.
