Banning, Beaumont Area Gas Price Resumes Dropping
However, prices are still more than they were a month ago.
RIVERSIDE COUNTY, CA — The average price of a gallon of self-serve regular gasoline in the Inland Empire resumed dropping Thursday, decreasing four-tenths of a cent to $3.079, one day after a stretch of 11 decreases in 12 days ended when it was unchanged.
The average price in Riverside and San Bernardino counties is 2.8 cents less than one week ago but 12.4 cents more than one month ago and 36.4 cents higher than one year ago, according to figures from the AAA and Oil Price Information Service.
The average price dropped 4.2 cents during the 12-day run of decreases.
