Banning, Beaumont Area Gasoline Prices Resume Increasing
The average price in Riverside and San Bernardino counties is at its highest amount since March 14, data indicates.

RIVERSIDE COUNTY, CA – The average price of a gallon of self-serve regular gasoline in the Inland Empire rose two-tenths of a cent Friday to $3.006, one day after a nine-day streak of increases ended when it was unchanged.
The average price in Riverside and San Bernardino counties is at its highest amount since March 14, according to figures from the AAA and Oil Price Information Service.
The average price is 1.9 cents more than one week ago, 1.2 cents greater than one month ago and 20.4 cents higher than one year ago.

"Southern California average gas prices have remained in an unusually narrow 10-cent range for more than two months," said Jeffrey Spring, the Automobile Club of Southern California's corporate communications manager. "While local prices are about 20 cents above last year, so far they are remaining below 2015 levels."
