Beaumont Library Hosting "Just Desserts" Cooking Contest on October 22
All ages are welcome to test their dessert making skills at Beaumont Library on Saturday, October 22, to win a $100 gift certificate

Beaumont Library District is hosting a "Just Desserts" cooking contest, open to all ages, on Saturday, October 22, from 2 to 4 p.m.
No registration is necessary, but the contest requires that participants check out a cookbook from the library, choose a dessert recipe found in the book, and then make that "sweet treat" and bring it with the cookbook to the event.
Contest judges will be Kristina Dula, Pastry Chef for the Grand Oak Steakhouse & Bar, and cookbook author Terri Wahl. Ms. Wahl will have books for sale and signing.
