Beaumont Library Sponsoring "Gilmore Girls" Fanfiction Contest and Trivia Event
Deadline for submissions is November 18

Are you a big fan of the “Gilmore Girls” television program that ran from 2000 to 2007? If so, you should be excited because they are bringing it back!
In anticipation of “Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life,” a four-part TV miniseries, available beginning November 25, on Netflix, Beaumont Library District is sponsoring a Fanfiction Contest.
Fanfiction is defined as works of fiction written by fans featuring characters and/or settings from movies, television, or books. So get to work writing a new “Gilmore Girls” script or story!

Will your fanfiction piece be set in Stars Hollow, Connecticut? Better decide quickly because the deadline for submissions is 6:00 p.m., Friday, November 18.
