Women's Finish Live: Rowney Wins Beaumont Stage of Redlands Classic
Specialized Lululemon rider triumphs in live stream and photo at the women's finish for the Beaumont Stage of the Redlands Bicycle Classic on Friday.
Loren Rowney of Team Specialized Lululemon won the 72.3-mile Beaumont women's stage of the 28th Redlands Bicycle Classic in 3 hours 2 minutes 35 seconds on Friday in the San Gorgonio Pass.
This is the fifth consecutive year Beaumont has hosted a stage in the Redlands Bicycle Classic.
The Redlands Bicycle Classic is a four-day professional bicycling competition, with a combined purse of more than $43,000 for men and women racers, and it's billed by organizers as "the Premier Stage Race in the United States."
