On August 12, Beaumont Woman's Club (BWC) Members presented an honorary plaque to Debra Rapstine for her numerous contributions and tireless efforts supporting BWC's events! Ladies in the picture are modeling gorgeous hats that can be purchased at Rapstine's Red Barn.
