Beaumont's Summer Concerts Wrap With Local Performances From The Music Lab

Local musicians will take the stage in Beaumont's Stewart Park this week, as the Summer Concert Series comes to an end.

So far this year, there have been performances by Wilson Phillips, Uncle Kracker, Leann Rimes, Berlin, A Flock of Seagulls, The Basix and Little River Band.

Now, it's our local talents' time to shine.

The Music Lab, located in Beaumont, will perform a concert to wrap up the summer's free entertainment lineup. 

This week's event is set for Wednesday at 5 p.m. and is scheduled to last until 8 p.m., according to Beaumont City Spokeswoman Ashley Starr.

In addition to the concert and the normal Market Night, there will also be a car show happening at the same time, Starr said.  That show will take place on the baseball field at the corner of Maple and 9th Street.
