RIVERSIDE, CA — A 14-year-old boy last seen in Riverside is missing, the Riverside County Sheriff's Office announced Tuesday.
Ryan Jacob Garcia was last seen in the 3800 block of Kenneth Street, according to a statement.
Ryan was described as a 5-foot-9 Latino male weighing 120 pounds, with brown eyes and gray hair. He was last seen wearing a black hoodie, baggy jeans and charcoal and black Nikes.
