Tukwet Canyon Flop New Year's Eve Event

Tukwet Canyon a Huge flop; for any that attended the Tukwet Canyon New Year's event, a great disappointment.

Tukwet Canyon a Huge flop; for any that attended the Tukwet Canyon New Year’s event, a great disappointment. Upon entering the event we were greeted by a long line, upfront payments, and below sub-par treatment. The decorations and set up had all the appearance of a great night but that led to greater disappointment. The servers and bar were grossly understaffed and under trained as the time in between response service was about 45 minute intervals. The food was not replenshised and onlookers were forced to the buffet table several times scavenging and fighting over remaining scraps of food left over. Not worth the money, poor service and poor rectification to the guests. Two other tables attended together with our party in total (15) and we will not attend a Tukwet event again nor will golf, or become members of such a rude and unprofessional team. Shame on you Tukwet for poor planning and treatment. Shame on you for allowing fraternization of management and staff on the clock in front of guests. Shame on you for marketing your business as a four or five star PGA golf club or capable of any large scale corporate event embarrassing. I will be sure to place my opinions on yelp, yellow pages and any other media to prevent poor guest from being predatored by your devious appearance of an upscale place to dine or have events.
