🔥 BURN IN WITH PASSION — NOT OUT BY THE WORK
Youth work matters. How we do the work matters, too.
This experience gives participants space to reconnect with their purpose, strengthen their approach, and discover ways to create more sustainable, authentic, and collaborative youth-centered environments.

🚀 BUILDING TOWARD YLEAP

This experience also helps build momentum toward YLEAP — the Youth Leadership, Entrepreneurship & Philanthropy Initiative, designed to equip youth leaders with the skills, knowledge, and networks needed to become successful entrepreneurs and community changemakers.
Through economic empowerment, cultural pride, social responsibility, shared mentorship, innovation, leadership, and community reinvestment, YLEAP creates pathways for young people to recognize their potential and use their gifts to make an impact.
If you serve, support, mentor, teach, organize, advocate, or collaborate with young people, there is a place for you here.
Your support is truly invaluable!
