Celebrity Chef Fabio Viviani To Open Upscale Food Hall At Morongo

MORONGO CASINO RESORT & SPA – Beloved celebrity chef Fabio Viviani is bringing his passion for delicious food to the Morongo Casino Resort & Spa with The Marketplace by Fabio Viviani, a sprawling food hall scheduled to open in December at the world-class resort near Palm Springs, CA.

Guests are in for an international dining adventure that will stir the tastebuds and the senses as The Marketplace will feature seven gourmet eateries featuring dishes spanning the globe and a sweet spot for desserts.

For a single fee, diners can nosh on delicious Italian fare at Mercato Centrale, or Mexican and South American taste sensations at Al Comal. Pescato is a seafood lovers oasis featuring an oyster bar and a bounty of fresh selections from the sea. Pork & Waffles offers guests mouthwatering plates of down-home BBQ and Southern comfort food while Prime Cuts will feature part steakhouse, part Brazilian Churrascaria. Pan Asian dishes are the scrumptious star of the show at Sukiru and diners can top off their meal with delectable deserts from Sweet Things.

The beautiful new collection of eateries will fill the space where the Potrero Canyon Buffet once operated.

A recurring guest on national television shows such as Good Morning America, The Rachael Ray Show, and countless Food Network shows, Viviani appeared on three seasons of the hit reality TV show, “Top Chef” where he was voted “Fan Favorite” in his first season.
