City Of Banning Launches 'Transparency Report' Series

BANNING, CA — The City of Banning has released a series of videos titled "Transparency Report" which includes the mayor providing an overview of the city's affairs.

The series began April 9 on the City of Banning's YouTube channel and features a presentation from Mayor Richard Royce.

In the first video of the series, Royce introduced a guide for the city’s future with the "Fiscal Workout Plan" and discussed the city's fiscal challenges ahead.

"The city council recently reviewed an update on our strategic plan. What we found is simple: fixing our finances is our number one priority," Royce said.
