CVAN & Sierra Club Win CEQA EIR Challenge

CVAN and the Sierra Club succeeded in challenging the CEQA EIR against the Gateway/San Gorgonio Warehouse project.

To quote the Judge: "Final report needs additional analysis".

CVAN's Lawyer, Bob Goodman, suggested that we speak to our new County Supervisor Jeff Hewitt to change the Zoning back to 1 house per acre. Patsy is going to invite Hewitt to the next CVAN meeting. I'm going to see if I can make an appointment with him to explain exactly what we want.

Both Nancy Carroll and Mehlman had the nerve to show up. Nancy looked like she just drug herself out of bed - she didn't even have socks on at it was 35 degrees outside.

Mehlman appeared to already be drunk.
