Desert Edge Challenge "Run" - benefits the "Pass Youth Scholarship Fund" - October 29, 2016

The Pass Youth Scholarship Fund has brought sponsors from throughout the San Gorgonio Pass to support a venue, a joint venture of the Banning Chamber of Commerce and the San Gorgonio Pass Rotary - the Desert Edge Challenge. Desert Edge Challenge will be on October 29 - perfect "Fall" weather for a Marathon here in Banning, for a Community event, for a "Marathoners" challenge.

The Challenge has received great sponsorship support. Just yesterday Nestle' approved the water, they approved in support of the youth scholarships; Perricone came through with the juices; financial donations were kicked off from day one by McDonald's and financial support continues with businesses such as Landeros Furniture Superstore, and Vanir Construction the communities most recent developer. Sponsors are the life line for nonprofits. Diamond Hills too came on board, as Morongo Band of Mission Indians is the Desert Edge Challenge Title Sponsor. The attachment shows additional sponsors, venue is accepting additional sponsorships. The Desert Edge Challenge will benefit the Pass Youth Scholarship Fund, and other community events.
