Earthquakes Rattle Inland Empire
The USGS reports the quakes were felt across the region.
INLAND EMPIRE, CA — A small string of earthquakes has rattled the Inland Empire, but there were no reports of injuries or serious damage, according to the U.S. Geological Society.
The most recent was a magnitude 3.5 temblor reported at 9:32 a.m. Tuesday in the Mojave Desert, about 14 miles southwest of Ludlow.
Another quake measuring a magnitude 3.5 struck near Morongo Valley Monday night at 11:19 p.m., according to the U.S. Geological Society.

A third, a magnitude 3.5 quake struck at 1:28 a.m. Monday less than 2 miles east of Loma Linda, the USGS reported.
