Everyone is invited to enjoy dinner and a movie with the Banning Chamber of Commerce. Dinner will be at Tortilla's and includes choice of entree and side. Then, head to Fox Cineplex to see either "Harry Potter," "Captain America," or "Zookeeper" depending on the final movie decision.
