FBI Sends Dive Team To San Bernardino Park

SAN BERNARDINO, CA- The Federal Bureau of Investigation has dispatched a team of divers to a lake at a park in San Bernardino, officials confirm to Patch.

Laura Eimiller of the FBI says there is a dive team at Seccombe Lake Park.

The park is just about 2.5 miles from Inland Regional Center, where last week’s deadly terrorist attack claimed the lives of 14 people. Another 21 were injured when Syed Farook and his wife Tashfeen Malik carried out the deadliest terror strike on American soil since 9/11.

Since Dec. 2, the FBI has been in town investigating the duo’s connection to known terror groups.

What exactly they are looking for at the lake is unclear at this time.
